If you're feeling rushed and starting everyday on the wrong side of the bed, it's likely you:

B) Get up with less than 30 minutes to get ready

It's common, so you're not alone - I, myself, can sense a MASSIVE shift in my mood when I do A, B, or C - also known as, I'm actin' like a real asshole.
When I do the right morning routine, I'm all:
What's the best morning routine?
Well, sneak attack: it starts at night!
As you know, I hate #*$@ing phones - kidding, kidding, but really I rarely want one. When I get my house phone, I'll call you on it and chitchat on my kitchen counter all day long, but, I digress.
TWO HOURS BEFORE YOU NEED TO BE ASLEEP: TURN YOUR PHONE ON AIRPLANE, DND, SILENT OR OFF - WOAH, YOU CAN CONNECT WITH THE HUMANS YOU LIVE WITH! OR, YOURSELF.
ONE HOUR BEFORE ZZ'S: SPEND IT SANS ELECTORNIC AND SOLO IF YOU CAN.. I READ UNTIL I FALL ASLEEP.
TWO HOURS BEFORE YOU NEED TO BE AT WORK, SCHOOL, FIRST ACTIVITY, INSERT OTHER ACTIVITY HERE:
AWAKE BEFORE THE REST OF YOUR HOUSE TO A PEACEFUL ALARM CLOCK (PLEASE DON'T CHECK INSTAGRAM). HAVE COFFEE, JUICE, WATER - WHATEVER IT MAY BE. MEDITATE FOR FIVE MINUTES & WRITE DOWN WHAT'S IN YOUR HEAD IN A JOURNAL. ^ This takes only 15 minutes, so I know you can get up before everyone and sneak some alone time in! It really will change your life if you refrain from texting anyone or checking e-mails, social, etc. until you've spent time being internal vs. external. No one wants you to respond to them at 5:30am anyway, trust me, my friends will verify.
SPEND THE REMAINDER OF YOUR MORNING GETTING READY, EXERCISING OR WORKING ON A PROJECT YOU LOVE. INCLUDE BREAKFAST, PLEASE & THANK YOU.
