Your Expertise Only Appears Crowded

What you can do in your sleep, is what you should teach others.

Yet, when it comes to showing up and sharing online, common impostor syndrome / low thoughts that appear are:

  • BLANK already teaches this.
  • She/he will think I copied them.
  • My past mentor will think I stole this.
  • I am not good enough to teach this.
  • I've already said this 1,000 times.

Yet, you hold a specific alchemy that only you can hold to teach those you are meant to teach. (Read that again.)

So, even if "Anna Awesome" is teaching what you teach - HER humans are being taught, but what about yours?

It's only your brain that sees the space as crowded because you surrounded yourself with similar humans.

So, to truly fall back in love with your work and get the confidence to start sharing more and more, here's what I would journal on:

  1. If no-one at all taught what I teach, how would I do it?
  2. If I don't teach this, what will happen?
  3. If I don't get past these fears/limiting thoughts, who might never express their gifts?
  4. And, what would that do to the world?
  5. Alt. If I show up BRIGHT and show up TALL, who benefits?
  6. Who else?
  7. Who else?

Let me know in the comments how this works.
